patient-compass.co.uk is a public information site about the Patient Compass Suite. It has no accounts, no sign-in and no patient data. Patients reach a clinical pathway only through a link provided by their own surgical team — not through this site.

Nothing that identifies you. We set no tracking cookies and run no advertising trackers, cross-site tracking or profiling.

The site is served from a hosting platform (currently Vercel), which receives standard request metadata — your IP address, the page requested, your browser's user-agent and referrer — every time a page loads. This is intrinsic to how the web works and is governed by the host's own privacy policy. We do not store or further process it.

For anonymous, aggregate usage statistics we use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-preserving tool hosted in the EU (Germany). Plausible sets no cookies, stores no personal data, and cannot identify you or track you across sites, so no consent is required. No other data is shared with any third party.

Under UK GDPR you may ask us about the data we hold, request its erasure, or object to processing. As this site holds no account or patient data, in practice there is little to act on — but you can always contact us. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

If we make material changes to this notice, we will update the date shown above.
