Open the link from your team
Open the personal link your clinical team has sent you, or the destination shown by their QR code. This demonstration starts at that destination.
Check the pathway title
Look at the pathway title before you begin. Here it says Demonstration pathway, because this is an example, rather than your own information.
Select the first step
Scroll to your journey. Select the title of a step to open it. In this example, we choose Introductory phone call.
Start reading
The information opens beneath the title. You can now start reading. You do not need to create a patient account.
If your link is unavailable
If the link is missing or has expired, you may see this invitation screen. Ask your clinical team to send you a new link.
Contact your clinical team
Use the contact details on your appointment letter or the message from your team. You can also ask for help opening the link, or for information in another format.
