One full pathway is one procedure, before and after surgery. AI credits are used when The Helm prepares or revises a draft from your sources: generating a complete pathway uses 20 credits, revising one uses 15, and changing a single section uses 3.

In the 90-day pilot your first pathway is adopted from the shelf or drafted for you. For every further pathway you can use your AI credits yourself, or ask us to prepare it. There is no set-up fee.
Preparation from approved sources
£199 per complete pathway
An agreed, complete clinician-approved source set, prepared as a draft, with one agreed revision round. Larger or complex sources require a separate quote.
Researched or bespoke pathway
From £399
Source research and pathway design, with the source set, deliverables and revision rounds agreed before work begins.
Both services deliver drafts for clinician approval. Independent professional clinical review, video production, extensive brand implementation, integrations and managed updates are quoted separately. No service fee buys automatic clinical sign-off or publication.
