How the pilot begins

  1. An initial twenty-minute call. We confirm the procedure, your preparation route, the current material and/or preferred guidelines, and the source hierarchy you approve.
  2. Clinical review. You review and approve the complete pathway in the time you need. Only then can your team share the appropriate preparation or recovery link.

We prepare the first draft, including both standard and easy-read content. Your clinical approval remains the publication gate. The 90 days start when we provision the trial environment, so your review and approval take place within that period.

At day 90, you decide

We sit down for another twenty minutes and look at the aggregate, cookieless usage figures together — whether the pathway was opened and used. (There is no individual-level view, by design: the suite never records what a specific patient was sent, opened or read.) Then one decision, yours: continue on a published plan, or switch it off and everything stops. Export of your content is always free, either way.

The terms, plainly

  • One full pre-and-post pathway on a 90-day trial. No card, no commitment.
  • The trial starts when its environment is provisioned; clinical review and approval happen within the 90 days.
  • Your choice of tenant-source, guideline-researched or hybrid drafting is included.
  • Sources stay visible; you review and approve before publication.
  • No patient accounts, no patient identifiers held, no advertising trackers.
  • At day 90: keep it (published plans are on the pricing page, in full) or switch it off. Nothing renews by itself.
